Michael P. Walker
Michael "Mike" Walker focuses his law practice on representing individuals who have been wronged by the negligent acts of others. He is a zealous and devoted advocate for his client's interests and rights. Going up against powerful businesses and insurance companies, Mike has recovered millions for his clients. He has been recognized as a "Top 40 under 40" trial lawyer by the National Trial Lawyers and a "Rising Star" by Super Lawyers magazine, an award given to only 2.5% of attorneys in Georgia.
Mike graduated from Vanderbilt University Law School, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif, an honor for graduates in the top 10% of their classes. Following law school, Mike clerked for the Honorable W. Louis Sands in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Georgia. Since his clerkship, Mike has devoted his career to representing and helping plaintiffs. He developed a passion for telling ordinary people's stories as a former newspaper reporter.
Outside of his law practice, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife, Shelly; son, Myles; and daughter, Josie.
